What is the return policy?
You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The period begins as soon as you or a person named by you has received the goods. To exercise your cancellation, please inform us clearly by email or letter. After cancellation, we will refund all payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days. Please return the items in their original condition and packaging.
When will I receive my order?
Orders received before 12 noon will be processed the same day. Delivery usually takes place within 1-2 working days. You will receive email notifications about your order status.
Where are the products made?
Our felt slippers and slippers are made in loving collaboration with women in Nepal, designed by our designer in Munich.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method and destination. For example, shipping with GLS is around PLN 15-20, InPost is around PLN 14. Shipping can be free for certain order values. You can see the exact costs during the ordering process.
How do I wash the shoes?
Our hand-felted slippers and felt slippers can be carefully wiped clean with a damp cloth. Please avoid complete submersion in water or machine washing to ensure the felt materials retain their shape and thermal properties. For stubborn stains, we recommend gently hand washing with cold water and mild detergent, then allowing to air dry.
Do the shoes stretch?
Felt slippers adapt easily to the shape of your foot when worn, but do not expand over a large area. They retain their original fit, which is why it is important to choose the right size so that they fit comfortably and provide optimal comfort.
Why are there different prices for different sizes?
Prices vary depending on size as larger shoes require more material and craftsmanship. This is reflected in the cost to ensure the quality and longevity of our handmade felt slippers.
