At Mother Earth Munich we strive to provide our customers with fast and reliable shipping. This policy describes our shipping methods, costs, delivery times and conditions to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.

1.1. Shipping locations: We currently ship within Germany/Europe.

1.2. Processing time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak season or promotional periods, processing times may be longer.

– Orders placed before 5:00pm GMT on working days will be processed the same day.

– Orders placed after 5pm GMT or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next working day.

– Processing time is 1-3 business days before shipping.

Transport time (delivery time):

3-5 business days

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery usually takes between 3 and 5 working days.

Estimated delivery time depends on the customer's location.

3.2. Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your tracking information does not show updates for 14 business days, please contact us at 4motherearth@gmail.com. We will then help you find your package.

4. Shipping problems and delays

4.1. Delivery Delays: We make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, however delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, shipping carrier issues or customs clearance. Snake Jewelry is not responsible for any such delays.

4.2. Incorrect Addresses: Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

4.3. Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-collection or refusal, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.

5. Damaged or missing items

5.1. Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at 4motherearth@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your package and include photos of the damage. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

5.2. Missing Items: If any items are missing from your order, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Cancellations and Changes to Orders

6.1. Changes to Orders: Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address or items. Please check all details carefully before confirming your order.

6.2. Cancellations of orders:

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. You must follow our returns procedure upon receipt of the goods.
