Ein Paar für 20 € zuzüglich Versand

Jede Blind Box steht für ein Paar Hausschuhe aus unseren früheren Kollektionen. Es handelt sich um einwandfreie, bereits vorhandene Schuhe, nicht um eine neue Produktion. Modell, Motiv und Farbe wählen wir passend zur benötigten Größe aus unserem verfügbaren Bestand aus. Sie bleiben eine Überraschung.

Die Schuhe sind für die von dir beschenkte Person bestimmt. Sie muss nichts bezahlen, keinen Antrag stellen und ihre persönliche Situation nicht offenlegen.

Welche Modelle können in der Blind Box stecken?

Zu unserem Aktionsbestand gehören besonders viele bunte Harlekinschuhe in unterschiedlichen Farben. Außerdem können Modelle mit Löwen-, Mäuse-, Eulen-, Bären-, Tiger-, Katzen- oder Erdbeermotiven dabei sein. Manche Modelle und Farbkombinationen stammen aus früheren Kollektionen und sind im aktuellen Shop nicht mehr zu finden.

Die Auswahl richtet sich nach der bestellten Größe und dem verfügbaren Bestand. Nicht jedes Motiv ist in jeder Größe vorhanden; ein bestimmtes Modell oder eine bestimmte Farbe kann nicht zugesichert werden. Das Foto aus unserem Blog zeigt einen Einblick in die MausSchuh-Welt, nicht den verbindlichen Inhalt einer Blind Box.

Größe und Empfänger

Für die Zusammenstellung benötigen wir die passende Schuhgröße und die Lieferadresse. Bitte frage die beschenkte Person vorher, ob sie das Geschenk annehmen möchte und wir ihre Lieferadresse für den Versand verwenden dürfen. Wenn es keine Zustimmung für eine Versandannahme gibt, gib bitte deine Adresse an.

Die Verfügbarkeit richtet sich nach dem tatsächlichen Bestand und den vorhandenen Größen. Im Mittelpunkt stehen Kinder aus finanziell belasteten Familien. In begrenztem Umfang können auch Erwachsene berücksichtigt werden, soweit passende Größen vorhanden sind.

Wann werden die Schuhe verschickt?

Die Zusammenstellung, Verteilung und der Versand sind im Rahmen unserer Aktion nach den Weihnachtsfeiertagen vorgesehen. Vereinzelt wird auch vorher versandt.

Care instructions

Felt slippers should be aired regularly and, if necessary, carefully hand washed with lukewarm water and wool detergent, avoiding machine washing and hot temperatures. This preserves the shape and softness of the wool felt and ensures durability and comfort.

What is the return policy?

You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The period begins as soon as you or a person named by you has received the goods. To exercise your cancellation, please inform us clearly by email or letter. After cancellation, we will refund all payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days. Please return the items in their original condition and packaging.
How long does shipping take?

Processing time depends on whether the pair of slippers is in stock. Processing time: 2-3 days, shipping 2-4 days within Germany, Europe approx. 7, USA approx. 14 days, depending on the destination.
Where are the products made?

Our felt slippers and slippers are made in loving collaboration with women in Nepal, designed by our designer in Munich.
How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method and destination: EUR 7.90 within Germany, EUR 12.90 Europe, EUR 18.90 all other countries. Shipping can be free for certain order values.

How do I wash the shoes?

Our hand-felted slippers and felt slippers can be carefully wiped clean with a damp cloth. Please avoid complete submersion in water or machine washing to ensure the felt materials retain their shape and thermal properties. For stubborn stains, we recommend gently hand washing with cold water and mild detergent, then allowing to air dry.
Do the shoes stretch?

Our felt slippers adapt easily to the shape of your foot when worn, but do not expand over a large area. That's why it's important to choose the right size so that they fit comfortably and offer optimal comfort.
Why are there double sizes?

We use double sizes (e.g. 38/39 or 40/41) because the wool still adapts to the feet.

Why are there different prices for different sizes?

Prices vary depending on size as larger shoes require more material and craftsmanship. This is reflected in the cost to ensure the quality and longevity of our handmade felt slippers.
